Imposter Syndrome is a psychological phenomenon where individuals doubt their skills, knowledge, and achievements, believing they are not deserving of their success and fearing being exposed as a fraud. Imposter Syndrome can affect anyone, but is especially prevalent among creative individuals who constantly face criticism and subjective evaluations of their work. This program will highlight signs and symptoms of imposter syndrome, its impact on creative individuals, and strategies for overcoming imposter syndrome.
