Join Chef Karen Ross as she demonstrates how to make Okra, Corn and Tomato Stew. It is thought that Okra was originated in Ethiopia and was cultivated by the Egyptians by the 12th century B.C. Come and enjoy this delicious stew.
Cuisine Corner is not recommended for children under 12. All children must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Any person disrupting or distracting from the presentation will be asked to leave. Only guests registered for the event will be allowed when event is full. Please make sure everyone in your party is registered. Guests must be present for entire presentation to receive sample if available.
Please arrive on time. Admittance will not be allowed 5 mins after event/presentation begins.

The Friends of the Library Third Floor Bookstore is open daily and recycles withdrawn and donated books to the community.
