Whether you’re considering becoming a bunny owner and want to see if a bunny is right for your family, or you’re a current rabbit parent looking for tips from the pros, this event is for you! There will also be an opportunity to meet 2-3 adoptable rescue rabbits.

Orlando Rabbit Care & Adoptions, or ORCA, is an animal rescue and foster organization dedicated to the health, care, and enjoyment of house rabbits as family members. You can find out more about ORCA and their work at orlandorabbit.org

About the branch

Located in a small "Florida Cracker" style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
