Join Alex and Steve on a Minecraft Adventure! Solve code challenges to explore, gather resources, and defeat mobs. Recommended for ages 6-12. Registration required.

Students will: 

  • Define programs 
  • Write programs with Blockly 
  • Solve coding puzzles 

Required Skills: 1st Grade Reading and Writing Level, Keyboard and Mouse Proficiency.  
 
*For their safety, children 10 and under must have a caregiver in the Library. You’re welcome to join your child in class if space allows, or wait just outside where you can see the classroom door.

Two miles from the Orlando International Airport, Southeast Branch is located in the Terracotta Business Park. Included on the property are various terracotta statues of Chinese warriors and horses to enhance the name of the center. Within the business park are Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez, a Veteran’s Center, an EMT training center, other businesses and various fast food restaurants.
