LEGO® Digital Builds

Windermere Branch
Windermere - Ask at DeskCreate custom LEGO® builds on the computer with this easy-to-use free software. Print instructions or share your builds with friends online. Recommended for ages 6-12. Registration required.
Students will:
- Search for bricks
- Place bricks and create steps
- Customize the colors of their builds
Required Skills: 1st Grade Reading and Writing Level, Keyboard and Mouse Proficiency.
* For children’s safety and comfort, a responsible adult/caregiver must accompany children age 10 and under while using the library. Caregivers may join the class if space allows; otherwise, they must wait within view of the classroom door.

Windermere Branch
Located in a small “Florida Cracker” style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
