South Trail - Computer LabCreate a game using Scratch, a programming language and online community where you can create your own interactive stories, games, and animations. Recommended for ages 13-18. Registration required.
Students will:
- Explore the Scratch programming interface
- Create game art assets
- Write code to create a playable sharable game
Required Skills: 6th Grade Reading and Writing Level, Keyboard and Mouse Proficiency.

South Trail Branch is located in the Orange Blossom Center, a shopping center next to numerous multi-family housing units. It is a welcoming and colorful library full of sunshine and a popular spot for children and families.
South Trail Branch began in 1965 as the Fort Gatlin Branch at 105 Gatlin Avenue and moved to the corner of Holden Avenue and South Orange Blossom Trail in 1981. The move across the street to the current site in the Orange Blossom Center took place in 1996.
