Windermere - Meeting RoomJoin Hillary MacMichael from UF/IFAS Extension Orange County for a nutrition program that teaches teens basic culinary skills, kitchen safety and healthy meal preparation. Recommended for ages 13–18.
Participants will build confidence in the kitchen while learning how to make nutritious, affordable meals and snacks.
Registration required. Recommended for ages 13–18.

Recipe: Berry Overnight Oats
Food will be served at this event; a list of ingredients may be provided upon request.

Windermere Branch
Located in a small “Florida Cracker” style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
