Explore the technique of colorwork in crochet with this fun and colorful dishcloth. Perfect for beginners looking to go beyond the basics, we'll learn Mosaic crochet - a fun and easy way to create beautifully intricate patterns, all using single crochet (SD) and double crochet (DC) stitches and alternating rows of these stitches in different colors to create the illusion of a complex design, often resembling a mosaic tile pattern.
This is a 2 part class series running Wednesdays, October 22 and 29 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Built in 2005, Winter Garden branch sits at the westernmost part of Orange County. This was the last branch opened before the Great Recession of 2008. Interestingly, this is the only branch in the county built on donated land. Two acres were donated by the family of former citrus grove owner, Sylvester C. Battaglia. S.C. Battaglia’s philosophy, as stated by his son, was to “give back to the community.” The branch’s formal name S.C. Battaglia Memorial Branch, honors his contribution.
Winter Garden Branch has all the charm of a small town library plus all of the resources available through Orange County Library System. Noted for friendly and helpful staff, the branch is now serving a third generation of patrons.
