Scratch is a programming language and online community where you create your own interactive stories, games, and animations.
Scratch is a free browser-based coding platform. If you would like your student to get the most out of this class, create a free Scratch and have them bring their login information. This will ensure that their work is saved on their accounts, and they will be able to continue working at home. Having an account where their work is saved will encourage them to keep learning, and they will be able to publish their games to the web! Create an account here: https://scratch.mit.edu
