Technology ClassroomWith a few easy stitches, you can make a little felt flower pin just in time for Spring.
- Class Duration: 1.5 hours
- Age Requirements: 13-Adult
- Recommended Prerequisite: Embroider Levels 1 & 2
- Required Skills: Ability to hoop fabric, thread a needle, execute simple embroidery stitches.
Suggested Materials: Students can choose to bring the following materials to complete the project:
- Soft craft felt (any color you like)
- Embroidery Needle
- Cotton Embroidery Floss (floral colors)
- Safety Pin

About the branch
Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
