Meet local artist Yuan Li as she discusses her art and shares her current exhibit Journeys Through Art on display through March. Yuan's exhibit is a collection of oil paintings blending landscapes and portraits featuring themes of Chinese cultural and countryside life, African scenes and wildlife, and still lifes. Yuan's art is a celebration of the interconnected human experience using brushes and colors to construct bridges of unity and introspection.
Light refreshments will be served. No registration required.
The Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
