In honor of National Blood Donor Month, the Big Red Bus is coming! All donors will receive a $20 eGift card and a OneBlood gift. Registration is recommended.

Plus a wellness checkup including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count and cholesterol screening.

January is National Blood Donor Month, a time when we honor the generosity of America's blood donors and remind people about the importance of donating blood regularly for those who are able to do so.

About the branch

LYNX Bus Link 37 Pine Hills / Florida Mall

The Hiawassee Branch began as a bookmobile station in 1962 and was first known as the Pine Hills Library. In later moves the branch became the West Colonial branch and in March 2000, Hiawassee. In early 2010, the Hiawassee Branch moved to a new home near the corner of Hiawassee Road and West Colonial Drive in the Highland Lakes shopping plaza.
