Our social worker is on-site to assist customers with social and government services on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Walk-in appointments are available on a first come first service basis.

Located in a small “Florida Cracker” style building, with an appealing wrap-around porch, the Windermere branch has an interesting history that spans over four decades. Begun as a town library, it became a branch of the Orange County Library System in August 1991. The current building was constructed through the efforts and the generous donations of many Windermere residents, including those of the Franklin P. Chase Family.
