Toddlers will explore stories, songs, and rhymes in English and Spanish while building language and early literacy skills. Recommended for ages 18–36 months.

This bilingual program is based on the nationally recognized initiative, Every Child Ready to Read, which helps caregivers and their little ones learn about the five early literacy skills: talking, singing, reading, writing, and playing.

About the branch

Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
