South Trail - Meeting Room 2Explore the globe and view famous world landmarks using Google Earth. Recommended for ages 6-12. Registration required.
Students will:
- Explore the planet with Google Earth’s navigation
- Discover imagery and information about the places we visit
- See how our world has changed with historical satellite imagery
- Find natural and human-made wonders of the world
Required Skills: 1st Grade Reading and Writing Level, Keyboard and Mouse Proficiency.
*For their safety, children 10 and under must have a caregiver in the Library. You’re welcome to join your child in class if space allows, or wait just outside where you can see the classroom door.

South Trail Branch is located in the Orange Blossom Center, a shopping center next to numerous multi-family housing units. It is a welcoming and colorful library full of sunshine and a popular spot for children and families.
South Trail Branch began in 1965 as the Fort Gatlin Branch at 105 Gatlin Avenue and moved to the corner of Holden Avenue and South Orange Blossom Trail in 1981. The move across the street to the current site in the Orange Blossom Center took place in 1996.
