The Friends of the Library will be hosting a sidewalk book sale!

The Friends of the Orange County Library System will be hosting a sidewalk book sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring a variety of gently used books for all ages, DVDs and music CDs. All items will cost $1.00 and all proceeds directly benefit the Friends of the Orange County Library System! Cash and credit card payment is accepted.

About the branch

Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
