Craft some cute accessories for the season with felt and easy embroidery stitches.

- Class Duration: 1.5 hours
- Age Requirements: 13-Adult
Suggested Materials: Students are encouraged to have the following materials to complete the project*:
- Craft Felt - a variety of colors (green for leaves, floral colors)
- Chenille embroidery Needle
- Earring and/or necklace notions (Earrings: Posts or Hooks, Necklace clasps & Cord Crimps)
- Yarn or Cord for necklaces or bracelets (Nylon Cord or Yarn)
- Embroidery Floss (seasonal colors to go with felt)
- Scissors
Note: Materials are available from a limited selection. Students are encouraged to bring their own materials in the event that the project is not completed within the class time.

About the branch
Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
