Sashiko hand sewing is a Japanese style hand sewing technique using the simple running stitch. Beautiful designs are created when stitches are applied layer by layer and a pattern emerges. Learn step by step how to mark and hand sew to form the geometric design. Suggested pre-requisite: basic hand sewing skills and how to sew the running stitch is required. This month's featured pattern is Candy.
Duration: 1 hour on Thursdays, November 7, 14, and 21
Materials:
