Technology ClassroomThe gifting series is all about knitting gifts to give or accent gifts. The simple lacey scarf is easy to memorize and quick to knit up--perfect for gift giving.
Note: Basic Knitting skills are necessary to be successful in this class. New to knitting? Check out Let's Knit Level 1.
- Class Duration: This is an 2-part Tuesdays, August 20 and September 3.
- Age Requirements:18+
- Recommended Prerequisite: Let's Knit Increases and Decreases
- Recommended Skills: Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns.
Required Materials: The instructor will email a link to the pattern and specific list of required materials to students prior to class.

- 415yds of dk weight (size 3) yarn
- US Size 7 knitting needles (straight needles or circular needles used a straight needles)

Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
