Do you love LEGO and video games? Learn to use Unity by modding a microgame with virtual LEGO bricks.
Part 1: Learn how to navigate, access, and utilize the Unity Editor's workspace, how to manipulate game objects in a 3D environment, and how to edit game object components.
Part 2: Use virtual LEGO bricks to create custom game objects and combine them with LEGO behavior bricks to bring them to life.
Part 3: Create and publish your LEGO microgame and share it with friends and family.
This is an online class hosted through Zoom. Please provide your email at registration to participate. You will receive an email with a link to access Zoom from the event host before the event. You can also view and join virtual events through attend.ocls.info/myevents.
A computer with access to the internet and speakers or headsets is required. A webcam and microphone are suggested to participate. Please note that Zoom allows you to share your video and audio with the group. by enabling these settings, you consent to appear on audio and video. This event is not being recorded and we ask that out of courtesy to the other participants, please refrain from screen captures, photography, or resharing information about the participants or the discussion outside of this event.
If using a mobile device, Android and iOS users must install the Zoom App (App Store | Play Store). However, please note interactivity may be limited. Additional information will be included in the email from your event host.
