Technology ClassroomMake a simple hanging design for our 2024 Yarnfiti Community Art Project: Enchanted Forest! You'll use a tree branch and work multiple strands of cord using lark's head and square knots.
- Class Duration: 1.5 hours
- Age Requirements: 13-Adult, 11-12 with accompanying adult
- Recommended Prerequisite: None
- Required Skills: None
- Materials Fee: None
- Out of District Fee: $10 (includes class and materials fees)
Suggested Materials: Students should have the following materials to complete the project*:
- At least 25 yards of 4mm yarn or cord (try Loops & Threads Yarn or Macrame Cord)
- 1 dry, clean log or twig, at least 1ft long
- 1 or more beads, optional embellishment
*If you do not have the suggested materials, please use any materials you have on hand. At the start of class, please inform the instructor if you are using materials other than those suggested.

Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
