Let's Embroider a Shamrock Pin

Technology ClassroomCelebrate St. Patrick's Day by making a cute shamrock festive pin.
- Class Duration: 1.5 hours
- Age Requirements: 13-Adult
- Recommended Prerequisite: Let's Embroider Level 1
- Required Skills: Ability to hoop fabric, thread a needle, execute basic embroidery stitches.
Suggested Materials: Students can choose to bring the following materials to complete the project:
- 8x8 inch square of green fabric (can be solid or patterned)
- Embroidery Needle
- 3 inch square of green craft felt
- Cotton Embroidery Floss (green and black)
- Safety pin or pin back
- Craft glue
- Scissors
**Fabric and materials are provided for your first class from a limited selection.

Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
