Teje un clásico cuadrado de abuela. Los Cuadrados Granny son la base de muchas mantas, bolsos y suéteres. Aprenda a tejer en círculos y luego use puntos de aumento para hacer un cuadrado.

  • Duración de la clase: 1.5 horas
  • Requisito de edades: 13-Adulto, 11-12 acompañado de un adulto. 
  • Prerrequisito Recomendado: Tejido en Croché – En la Ronda 
  • Habilidades Requeridas: Alguien que maneja con facilidad las puntadas estándar y puede seguir patrones simples.
  • Cuota por Materiales: Ninguna
  • Cuota Fuera del Distrito: $10 (incluye cuota por materiales y clase)

Materiales Opcionales: Los materiales para esta clase serán proporcionados. Los estudiantes pueden traer los siguientes materiales opcionales para completar el proyecto:

  • Hilo de lana: tamaño: 5 de peso voluminoso (bulky weight) preferiblemente en un color pastel para apreciar las puntadas.
  • Ganchillo: Tamaño: L/11 (8mm)

Principiante Alguien que domina los puntos más básicos y puede terminar patrones simples con ayuda.
Principiantes Confiado Alguien que maneja con facilidad las puntadas estándar y puede seguir patrones simples.
Intermedio Alguien que puede seguir la mayoría de los patrones con facilidad, es capaz de leer puntadas y diagramas, y para quien trabajar en redondo ya no es un desafío.
Avanzado Alguien que pueda ajustar los patrones a sus propias preferencias, sustituir el hilo y producir resultados nítidos consistentemente en proyectos planos, redondos, de encaje y tridimensionales.

About the branch

LYNX Bus Link 41 State Road 436

North Orange Branch began as a bookmobile station in 1950, and was replaced by a branch in 1964. Moving to the Palm Plaza Shopping Center in 1969, the branch occupied a 3500 square foot space there for twenty years. In 1989 the branch moved to its present 12,000 square foot facility. As the name implies, North Orange Branch serves the areas of Apopka, Plymouth, Zellwood, Tangerine, and environs.
