Let's Crochet Teddy Bear Coasters

Intermediate

Learn to crochet in the round and change colors while creating adorable bear coasters. Bring your own colors to customize your coaster.

• Class Duration: 1.5-2 Hours
• Age Requirements: 13-Adult, 11-12 with accompanying adult
• Recommended Prerequisite: Let's Crochet Level 1
• Required Skills: Someone who can follow most patterns with ease, is able to read stitches and charts, and to whom working in the round is no longer a challenge.
• Materials Fee: None
• Out of District Fee: [$10 dollars per part of part of class] (includes class and materials fees)

Optional Materials: Students [may/must] bring the following materials to complete the project: 

• Pattern: https://hookedonpatterns.com/crochet-blog/teddy-bear-coasters-free-crochet-pattern  Please Note: Students must bring a printed copy of the pattern or be able to access it on a mobile device.
• Yarn(s): 3 yds for darker color details (brown), 9.5 yds in lighter color (tan), accent color (6.5)
• Hook(s): 4.5 mm or hook needed to create a compact stitch
