Who says you can’t play with your food? Strengthen important early literacy skills through food-themed stories, activities and a craft. Recommended for ages 4-5.

This is week 5 of a 6 week series.

This six-part series helps preschoolers strengthen the early literacy skills needed to excel in kindergarten and provides caregivers with tools and resources to continue learning at home. In order to fully experience this series, please register and attend all six sessions.

About the branch

Southwest Branch opened on March 21, 1989 in a beautiful Mediterranean style building designed by Schweizer and Associates Architecture Firm, who also designed the Orlando Public Library. Serving the Dr. Phillips and Metrowest communities, Southwest is near International Drive and the attractions. Southwest is a popular place for local adults, children, students and tourists.
