Each session blends interactive activities, creative expression, and peer-to-peer connection to encourage open dialogue, emotional development, and friendship in a safe, supportive environment.
All sessions are led by trained facilitators and volunteers who foster inclusivity, respect, and belonging. It’s a great space for teens to make new friends, share experiences, and build connections that last beyond the session.
