Have you completed the summer challenge to read for 30 days? At the End of Summer Celebration, enjoy a frozen treat and fun activities! Ages 0-18. Registration required while supplies last.

Did you complete the reading challenge by reading for 30 days this summer? 

Don't forget to enter the grand prize drawing by showing the reader's proof of completion paper reading tracker at any branch location by July 26. Grand prizes will be raffled off virtually to eligible participants* ages 0-18.  Winners will be notified via phone or email. 

Only participants ages 0-18 are eligible to enter. One entry per person. Orange County property owner and fee cards are eligible to win. Reciprocal borrowers, OCLS Staff and family, including board members, are ineligible. Participants are eligible to win one grand prize by completing the 2026 Summer at Your Library Challenge by submitting a completed paper reading tracker to library staff by 6:00 p.m. on July 26, 2026, to be entered into the virtual raffle. Enjoy a sweet treat featuring Domi Italian Ice. Winners will be contacted by email on or before August 5. For assistance, please contact youthservices@ocls.info.

Food will be served at this event; a list of ingredients may be provided upon request.

About the branch

LYNX Bus Link 41 State Road 436

North Orange Branch began as a bookmobile station in 1950, and was replaced by a branch in 1964. Moving to the Palm Plaza Shopping Center in 1969, the branch occupied a 3500 square foot space there for twenty years. In 1989 the branch moved to its present 12,000 square foot facility. As the name implies, North Orange Branch serves the areas of Apopka, Plymouth, Zellwood, Tangerine, and environs.
