Four day series designed to teach new actors basic acting, character development and monologue selection. The final day will include a performance on the Melrose Stage. No acting experience required.
A four-part series for people interested in theater and looking to learn practical skills for stage performance. In this series, students will learn fundamental acting techniques, the art of character creation, and best practices for selecting a monologue. On the final day, participants will have the opportunity to perform a monologue for friends and family at the Melrose Stage. No acting experience is required to sign up for this series.
Participants must attend Day 1 of the series to attend all others.

The Friends of the Library Third Floor Bookstore is open daily and recycles withdrawn and donated books to the community.
