Something's brewing! Join us in conducting a spooky and exciting science project, resulting in your very own bubbling cauldron! Recommended for ages 6-12.

Kids will conduct their own science experiment, learning about acidic and basic compounds, while having some spooky fun! Working in mini cauldrons, participants will mix baking soda and vinegar to create a chemical reaction, resulting in a spout of colorful bubbles!

About the branch

LYNX Bus Link 37 Pine Hills / Florida Mall

Hiawassee Branch began as a bookmobile station in 1962 and was first known as the Pine Hills Library. In later moves the branch became the West Colonial branch and in March 2000, Hiawassee. In early 2010, the Hiawassee Branch moved to a new home near the corner of Hiawassee Road and West Colonial Drive in the Highland Lakes shopping plaza.
