Create a cute flowering book mark while learning how to attach multiple pieces to produce more complex shapes.

  • Class Duration: 1 hour
  • Age Requirements: 13-Adult, 11-12 with accompanying adult
  • Recommended Prerequisite: Let's Crochet Flower book marks 
  • Required Skills: Someone who can easily handle standard stitches and can follow simple patterns. 
  • Materials Fee: None
  • Out of District Fee: $10 (includes class and materials fees)

Required Materials: Students must bring the following materials to complete the project:

  • Yarn: Size 4/medium weight yarn in the 3 colors of your choosing.
  • Hook: Size G (4.0 mm) hook

Note: Crochet skills are necessary to be successful in this class. New to crochet? Check out Let's Crochet Level 1.

Level Description
Beginner Someone who grasps the most basic stitches and can finish simple patterns with aid.
Confident Beginner Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns.
Intermediate Someone who can follow most patterns with ease, is able to read stitches and charts, and to whom working in the round is no longer a challenge.
Advanced Someone who can adjust patterns to their own preferences, substitute yarn, and produce neat results consistently in flat, round, lace, and three-dimensional projects.

Two miles from the Orlando International Airport, Southeast Branch is located in the Terracotta Business Park. Included on the property are various terracotta statues of Chinese warriors and horses to enhance the name of the center. Within the business park are Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez, a Veteran’s Center, an EMT training center, other businesses and various fast food restaurants.
