Fiber Arts Studio - Second FloorGet "hooked" on a new hobby in 2025, the year of the snake! Crochet a beautiful Lunar New Year's lantern! Students are required to bring materials.
Red lanterns celebrate the joy and harmony a new year is meant to bring. This small lantern works up easily by crocheting the round with only two colors, red and gold. Students will also learn how to make a tassel that will hang from the bottom of the lantern. Students can also choose to customize their lanterns with beads, or embroidered details of good fortune. This is a 2-part series with classes on 01/08/2025 and 01/15/2025 at 4:00 p.m.
