Crochet Lucky Lunar Lantern

Online Fiber Arts ClassroomPrep for Lunar New Year and practice 3D object making in this two part class. We will be learning in the round and tassel making techniques in this class.

Class Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes each session
- Age Requirements: Adult
- Recommended Prerequisite: Crochet In the Round
- Required Skills: Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns.
- Materials Fee: None
- Out of District Fee: $10 dollars per part of part of class (includes class and materials fees)
Required Materials: Students will need the following materials to complete the project:
- Pattern: Free Chinese Lantern Amigurumi Pattern - Ollie + Holly | Amigurumi Crochet Patterns
- Yarns: Size 4 Medium yarn in red and yellow, about 50 yards each
- Hooks: 3.25mm (or closest size)
- Stuffing (Polyfil, fabric scraps, tissue paper, etc.)
- Tapestry needle
- Scissors
- Stitch markers
- Gold or yellow embroidery floss
- Embroidery needle
- Beads for decorating if desired
