Join Victim Service Center during National Stalking Awareness Month to learn about what stalking looks like, how to protect yourself, and what to do if you’re a victim. Registration required.
Stalking is a form of harassment that 3.3 million American adults experience every year. But the more you know about stalking behaviors, the more likely you are to recognize them before things escalate. This educational program will shed light on the legal definition of stalking, common behaviors and characteristics of stalkers, how to reduce risk and protect yourself, and what you can do if you have experienced stalking or cyberstalking.
Victim Service Center of Central Florida has served victims and survivors of assault, violent crime, and traumatic circumstances in Orange County for 24 years. Their mission is to provide individualized services and resources to victims through crisis response, advocacy, therapy, and community awareness.
