Don't forget to enter the grand prize drawing by showing the reader's proof of completion (Beanstack email or paper reading tracker) at any branch location between July 15-July 28. Grand prizes will be raffled off virtually to eligible participants* ages 0-18. Winners will be notified via phone or email.
Only participants ages 0-18 are eligible to enter. One entry per person. Orange County property owner and fee cards are eligible to win. Reciprocal borrowers, OCLS Staff and family, including board members, are ineligible. Participants are eligible to win one grand prize by completing the 2024 Summer at Your Library Beanstack Challenge OR by submitting a completed paper reading tracker to library staff by 6:00 p.m. on July 28, 2024, to be entered into the virtual raffle. North Orange Branch began as a bookmobile station in 1950, and was replaced by a branch in 1964. Moving to the Palm Plaza Shopping Center in 1969, the branch occupied a 3500 square foot space there for twenty years. In 1989 the branch moved to its present 12,000 square foot facility. As the name implies, North Orange Branch serves the areas of Apopka, Plymouth, Zellwood, Tangerine, and environs.
