Join NAMI, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization, to learn how to maintain your mental health and promote awareness in your workplace.
We’ll discuss the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you, a coworker, or a client are showing symptoms of a mental health condition. We’ll also cover burnout, coping strategies, workplace accommodation, and proactive steps you can take to create a safe, compassionate work environment.
NAMI Greater Orlando is dedicated to helping improve the quality of life for individuals affected by mental illness through education, support, and advocacy. Learn more at namigo.org
