In this hands-on two-day class, participants will fashion custom leg armor plates, ideal for cosplay or costume upgrades.
Day One: Construction - Students will learn to shape and mold materials into sturdy foam leg armor plates. Guided by our instructor, you'll master shaping and assembling the armor components.
Day Two: Aesthetics - Building on their skills, students will explore techniques such as texture application and detailing to bring their creations to life.
Class duration: 2 hours
Age Requirements: 15+ - Adult. Please note that due to the materials and assembly work needed for this project, no participants under the age of 15 are permitted in this workshop.
Recommended Prerequisite: Foamsmithing Workshop (2 day)
Required Skills: Fine motor skills and the ability to use cutting and sanding tools.

The Dorothy Lumley Melrose Center for Technology, Innovation and Creativity is located on the second floor. The Friends of the Library Third Floor Bookstore is open daily and recycles withdrawn and donated books to the community.
