Crochet a quick and easy jumper with us! If you've never crocheted your own clothes before, this is the perfect project to start. We will be learning garment construction techniques during class.

This class is a series, held on Wednesdays, May 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th at 10:00am - 11:30am.

We will be using this pattern: Cheap Trick Jumper - Les Terribles

  • Class Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
  • Age Requirements: Adult
  • Recommended Prerequisite: Crochet in the Round
  • Required Skills: Someone who can follow most patterns with ease, is able to read stitches and charts, and to whom working in the round is no longer a challenge.
  • Materials Fee: None
  • Out of District Fee: [$10 dollars per part of part of class] (includes class and materials fees)

Required Materials: Students will need the following materials to complete the project: 

  • Yarns: 689 - 1,340 yards (depending on size chosen) of Size 6 Super Bulky Yarn
  • Hooks: 10.0mm 
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors
  • Stitch Markers
  • Optional: Printed pattern for tracking progress and making notes

Level Description
Beginner Someone who grasps the most basic stitches and can finish simple patterns with aid.
Confident Beginner Someone who easily handles standard stitches and can follow simple patterns.
Intermediate Someone who can follow most patterns with ease, is able to read stitches and charts, and to whom working in the round is no longer a challenge.
Advanced Someone who can adjust patterns to their own preferences, substitute yarn, and produce neat results consistently in flat, round, lace, and three-dimensional projects.
